Many describe the low brass section as the "soul" of the band or orchestra. A good tubaist can add so much depth and good intonation, a good euphoniumist can add amazing colors and a good trombonist can add all the fire that you need!
Ms Amosu Thomas's students will master all the techniques necessary to become a great low brass musician. On the way, students learn basic music theory, (including how to read music), and musicianship skills. Students will build strong technique through scales and various exercises.
Students are given the opportunity to perform solos in The Music Garden recitals, which typically are held in December and May.
Tuition: There are 30 lessons throughout the calendar year, beginning in August and ending in May. Tuition is divided into 10 equal payments. Tuition is pro-rated for those who begin later than August.
30 minutes: $115/month
