Year One Let's Play Music Wait List 
Fall, 2021 (classes begin in mid August)

​Please complete and submit the following form to have your child’s name placed on a wait list for a Year One Let’s Play Music class beginning Fall, 2020.  These classes are very popular and it is anticipated that they will fill quickly.  These classes are first come/first serve, with preferences in this order:

1)  Children currently enrolled in Poppies:  Sound Beginnings
2)  Siblings of children currently enrolled in any class in The Music Garden
3)  Children registered on the wait list
4)  All others

This class is for children ages 5 - 6 years of age.  Your child must be at least 5 years of age no later than September 1st of 2020. 

Let’s Play Music class, classes are 1 hour each week, and that a parent is required to attend class with their child (no siblings, please) every other week. 

If you are registering siblings, please fill out ONE FORM PER CHILD. 

Year One Let’s Play Music classes have a limited number of seats available in each class.  Please understand that submitting this form does not guarantee a seat.
